"Getting pizza from this place from time to time. Though it is not the best pizza in KL, but there can be always a right day to get Pizzahut once a month during a rainy day. Overall I like the quality of this branch as pizza is well cooked and not raw. I have tried pizzas in other branches, especially Ampang Lotus, and everytime it was raw. Although waiting time for delivery is not long, 20-30 minutes and I get my pizza at the door"

"Enjoyed the service given by your staff. Although, I'd recommend finding more crews to help in the kitchen and front desk. I pity your cashier gotta finish order and take order at the same time, at least provide a runner so that cashier won't have to ask kitchen crew to help. Provide better working environment for your staff. Nonetheless, keep up the good work & thanks for the kind service!"
